Key Responsibility areas are as follows:
Key Result Area (KRA) 1: Responsible to lead and manage the process of developing detail implementation plan of WfW project, operational processes, budget for field level implementation; and execute project deliverables
Indicator for success: Ensure the WfW project annual plans and budgets finalized and approved; manage the plan if necessary. Ensure WfW Project Design Document is to a high quality standard and approved by DFAT Ensure the WfW project implementation plan is developed, coordinated with relevant CDP team including WASH & ECCD Advisor; and approved before implementation starts. Define and ensure the achivement of timely and quality project deliverables, meaning that all project deliverables that is not assigned to any other project team members will be under PM responsibility, including deliverables of any other additional budget to WfW project .Quality narrative and financial reporting in a timely manner
KRA 2: Ensures development of M&E framework of WfW project to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at community, partner and country level following corporate guideline of YPII and donor agencies.
Indicators for success: Ensure the M&E framework for WfW project is in place including indicators identification before implementation starts. Develop Project Monitoring and Evaluation Plan as well as Monitoring Implementation System to generate information for monitoring and management decisions. Collaborate with CDP MER Coordinator in providing project framework to be recorded in MER system. Collaborate with CDP MER Coordinator to monitor the progress of the project and advise adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project . Oversee the preparation and timely submission of annual activity-based project report and budgets as well as monthly and quarterly program and financial reports, including report of any other additional budget to WfW project
KRA 3: Responsible for overseeing and ensuring project implementation; Providing technical assitant to WfW project staff, GoI, and implementation partners; Trouble shooting project problems and Identifying and implementing creative solutions to ensure smooth implementation
Indicators for success: Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations. Lead and motivate the project implementation workforces for the WfW and Provide capacity building for competent ones by planning and supervising the deliverables of reports, training and motivating of project staff. Coordinate closely with project staff, GoI, and implementation partners to identify operational constrained through monitoring visits and required support channelled from internal and external environment as required. Ensure at least 95% burn rate of annual project budget is monitored in a consistent manner throughout the year. For potential underspending and delays (or other potential risks), demonstrate good communication with CDP Program Manager and ANO with clear reasons and work collaboratively to find solutions, including managing of any other additional budget to WfW project
KRA 4: Establishes organizational learning from WfW project experience/evaluation, contribute to the development of project concept paper and assisting in identifying potential funding source to support achieving organizational target
Indicators for success: Establish the Organizational learning protocol for projects by specifying the roles and responsibility and deliverables of the project team; learning from the project is incorporated in the specified decision making process for new project or strategy
Contribute to Project concept notes preparation and finalization;
KRA 5: Ensure YPII's access to the donors' community and relevant government authorities by representing and advocating YPII's program/ projects' objectives; establishing and maintaining networks at national and regional level to support incorporating global standard and learning into the projects
Indicators for success: Be the main contact point for the field staf and also for the donor and stakeholders in the field. Coordinate process of Identify issues for advocacy from the WfW project; advocacy processes and protocols designed in consultation with concerned program advisors and program manager, and ensured approval from program director/country director. Identify the government offices that YPII has access offices for collaboration and promoting its agenda.

Safeguarding Children and Young People (Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GESI )
Ensures that Plan International's global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in project design, during implementation and as principles applied in day-to-day work. Participates actively in capacity building and learning event on Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion. Submits required documentation (reports, checklists, action plans) to implement policy, standards, and approach on Safeguarding and GESI. Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GESI policies and Plan International's Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies or other relevant field with 5-7 years' experience in any development works with demonstrated in project managerial skill.
- Expertise issue: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Climate Resilience.
- Minimum of 3 years experienced working in coordination with Government agencies/offices, NGOs, and INGOs within the area of humanitarian and community development.
- Understanding Plan: Understands the role of Plan and context in which Plan works (proficient)
- Leadership: Cultivates an environment where people are confident to take the initiative, be innovative and learn new ways of working (proficient)
