ERAT (Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang Efektif, Efisien, dan Kuat) seeks the services of a qualified a national or local organization (either non-profit or for-profit) or a consortium of national-local organization to support ERAT in identifying and assessing good and innovative practices in the provision of public services that can be used as models and learning materials for other local governments and in facilitating peer-learning activities for ERAT-supported local governments in six provinces namely East Nusa Tenggara, North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, East Java, West Kalimantan, and Banten. ERAT plans to procure this service through a Cost Reimbursable type of subcontract with a maximum total value of IDR 725.000.000 per province with a performance period of 12 months from the award date.

 

ERAT invites a national or local organization or a consortium of national-local organization to submit a technical and financial proposal for the scope of work described Appendix A. Please refer to the Section 1: schedule below for general background and instructions, Section 2 of this RFP for the submission documents, and Section 3 instructions on preparation of the technical proposal.

 

All questions and inquiries related to this solicitation will be addressed at the Offeror's conference which will be held online on or about June 27, 2022. Proposal must be submitted no later than July 6, 2022, 17:00 WIB. Proposal must be sent through email subcontract-proposal@program-erat.or.id with subject "Proposal Submission to ERAT RFP No. TO1-007-2022 - [Name of Organization/ Company]".

 

Please note the costs incurred by the Offeror for the preparation of a proposal and the negotiation of contract are not reimbursable. ERAT is not bound to accept any of the proposals submitted and reserves the right to accept the offers of proposal without further discussion. ERAT will only evaluate proposals from registered and qualified organization/company to implement and complete the work described in Appendix A.
