Request for Proposal No. TO1-006-2022
Facilitation to Support Extreme Poverty Eradication
ERAT (Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang Efektif, Efisien, dan Kuat) seeks the services of a qualified organization/company or a consortium of national-provincial level organizations (hereinto referred as Offeror) to support USAID ERAT in providing technical assistance and capacity development in East Java and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) provinces. ERAT plans to procure this service through a Cost Reimbursement subcontract with a maximum total value of IDR 2.890.000.000 and a composition of 60% and 40% of the maximum total value for NTT and East Java, respectively. The procurement is for a performance period of 12 months from the award date.
ERAT invites organization/ company to submit a technical and financial proposal for the scope of work described Appendix A. Please refer to the Section 1: schedule below for general background and instructions, Section 2 of this RFP for the submission documents, and Section 3 instructions on preparation of the technical proposal.
All questions and inquiries related to this solicitation will be addressed at the Offeror's conference which will be held online on or about June 17, 2022. Proposal must be submitted no later than June 24, 2022, 17:00 WIB. Proposal must be sent through email subcontract-proposal@program-erat.or.id with subject "Proposal Submission to ERAT RFP No. TO1-006-2022 - [Name of Organization/ Company]".
Please note the costs incurred by the Offeror for the preparation of a proposal and the negotiation of contract are not reimbursable. ERAT is not bound to accept any of the proposals submitted and reserves the right to accept the offers of proposal without further discussion. ERAT will only evaluate proposals from registered and qualified organization/company to implement and complete the work described in Appendix A.
