About the organization:
Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia (YRII) is an independent humanitarian and development organization. YRII, previously Islamic Relief Worldwide in Indonesia as globally with Islamic Relief Worldwide we have been fighting poverty and injustice for 30 years, in a world where more than three billion people still live in poverty.
Country Purpose:
Islamic Relief Worldwide in Indonesia has been operating since 2003, and officially became the Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia in January 2022. The objective of the Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia program is to contribute to the social welfare of the Indonesian people and to alleviate suffering. The main sector for the programme include:

The geographical area: NTB, Aceh, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi and Jakarta Province and will be expanded to all regions of Indonesia according to the development of the organization. The implementation of the program is carried out directly by YRII or through cooperation partners.
Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia is seeking Project Coordinator based in Mamuju, West Sulawesi.
Reporting Line:
The postholder would directly report to Emergency Response and Preparedness National Coordinator.
Job Summary:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Head of Program (possibly delegated to the Emergency and Response and Preparedness National Coordinator), the Project Coordinator will lead the implementation of SUPPERMG, and ensure the project deliverables are fully met in accordance with the donor and Community expectations, and guide the project team in undertaking day to day response/project activities including monitoring and evaluation. The post holder will also identify the relevant model of CVA in cooperation with CVA Specialists and local partners with respect to technical assessments, awareness-raising, beneficiary profiling, and programming. The respected position will build a good relationship with local government, peers, and local communities.
Specific Skills and Responsibilities:
· Implement all activities plans according to the response plan and DIP
· Set up various forms of required assessment in the project (need assessment, market assessment, feasibility risk assessment, etc. this includes technical guidance on the response team members
· initiate dialogue and consultation with surrounding community members
· Lead the communication with the local government, community leaders, and other local actors and maintain liaison with other partners, GO, and NGOs for collecting/sharing information in the assigned area.
· Ensure Islamic Relief presence and active participation in sub-national clusters, working groups, volunteer desk, and any other relevant government coordination meeting
· Build a good relationship with the local partners as part of the localization agenda in Indonesia
· Liaise with selected local partners to always keep the project on scope, budget and time
· Prepare Report (Monthly Report, Interim and final narrative report to the donor)
· Initiate the capacity building for the project team this includes the thematic sector and specific modality outlined in the project proposal
· Ensure Safeguarding, and PSEA adhere with the project implementation
· In Close coordination and collaboration with the MEAL Coordinator for Project Monitoring and Evaluation. These might involve project trackers (On track), MUR, PDM, and any forms of data collection methods. He shall conduct a periodic of project review/evaluation and learning
· Set up volunteer management. This includes induction, capacity building, and regular coaching and mentoring
· Prepare the presentation for the donor regarding the project progress
· Undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
· Keep all records up to date and file them in a proper and efficient manner
· Fulfill other tasks assigned by Head of Program and/or Country Director
KEY COMPETENCIES
Experience/Education:
· Relevant education background in social development, management
· Four years minimum experience in relevant field.
· Capacity to work under pressure
· Computer literate with fluency of using Microsoft Word, Excel, survey tools
· Experience of communicating with district & village government, organizations and communities.
Skills:
· Demonstrated ability to conduct/oversee evaluations, reviews, assessments, etc.
· Experience in the evaluation of development projects using a range of qualitative and
quantitative methods.
· Proven experience in cash and voucher assistance management is preferred
· Able to write reports in English with minimum revision/edit
· Flexible
· Knowledge and practical understanding of and ability to work within both relief and
development NGO contexts.
General Responsibilities:
· Observe security rules at all times
· The employee may be asked to perform duties and tasks not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to another department when necessary
· Work with other projects to develop synergies with other IRI interventions
