Due to the current situation of COVID-19, submission of proposal will be done electronically. Please submit your technical and financial proposals separately to seinobids@who.int indicating the bidding reference in the Subject line and whether it is technical or financial proposal. Please read carefully the Instruction to Bidder in the attached RFP document on the submission procedure.
Please do not include any other email address of WHO staff in the submission otherwise the submission will be automatically disqualified. If you have any question related to the RFP document please send to seinobids@who.int. All documents must be submitted in PDF format.
