MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER: 1 position based in Jakarta

CWS is implementing a Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM)-funded program in Jakarta that assists refugees and asylum seekers to access basic services, such as: health care, education activities, and living care arrangement.
I. THE ROLE:
The role is to assist the Program Manager (PM) / Deputy Program Manager (DPM) with the development of the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) plan for the project, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing MEAL performance monitoring plans. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will assist in the compilation and analysis of program data and learning, provision of technical assistance in designing and implementing studies, research, surveys and evaluations, set-up and implement accountability to beneficiaries' mechanisms, monitor program quality, and support program learning. The incumbent will work under the guidance of Program Development and Quality Manager (PDQM) and MEAL Specialist.
