The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) invites qualified firms to meet the below objectives.

Since 2013, GGGI has collaborated with the Government of Indonesia on a joint program known as the 'GoI-GGGI Green Growth Program'. This joint program is a part of the Green Economy Pillar of the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) framework for sustainable development. Through this joint Program, various knowledge products and a suite of tools have been developed and tested to help mainstream green growth into existing planning and investment appraisal processes. GGGI partners with Bappenas, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and others to facilitate the integration of green growth planning at all levels of Indonesia's development framework.

Since 2020, GGGI and Bappenas have been collaborating under the GGP3 Landscapes Project to develop the Low Carbon Development (LCD) Initiative which also emphasizes climate resilience development (CRD). This project has an outcome to integrate GHG emissions Reductions among sectors while accelerating economic growth and poverty alleviation within the framework of national development. Under this outcome, there are two outputs:

• Output 1. Public institutions and related stakeholders have enhanced access to science-based knowledge and motivation to achieve LCD ambitions and CRD targets.
• Output 2. The LCDI and CRD programs and approaches are mainstreamed in government policies and development plans

Under Output 2, after a thorough consultation with the Bappenas, GGGI will engage a firm providing professional services to assist in organizing and implementing the development of Provincial LCDI and CRD Plans in three provinces (Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, and North Kalimantan), which may include the socialization activities of LCDI and CRD, the development of LCD model and CRD approach, and development the provincial LCD and CRD Plans in those provinces and the capacity building session for GoI to learn the monitoring platform developed by Bappenas (AKSARA), including but not limited to engage with each provincial government under the full support from GGGI Representative in the selected provinces.
