Yayasan WWF Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. Yayasan WWF Indonesia is currently seeking the best candidate for the Corporate Engagement Specialist position. This position will be based in Jakarta, and report directly to the Footprint Program Manager.
The main function of this position is to provide strategic support for policy development & carry out activities for supply chain transformation and retail industry value targeted to change mindsets, policies, and management practices to be more sustainable. Running and supporting projects at the national and landscape levels in the implementation of best practices in managing plastic waste through Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in Indonesia in the context of the Circular Economy. Build and maintain coordination with internal WWF-Indonesia, WWF Network, and stakeholders who support the running of a project/program in accordance with the capacity of the position.
Requirements for this position are:
- Minimum a master's degree in an appropriate field.
- Has 5 – 8 years experience (for bachelor's) or 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant works (for master's) in business administration and corporate involvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in terms of speaking, explaining data and information, or making recommendations.
- Policy analysis
- Strong data analytical skills
- National and international environmental and social safeguards
