Responsibilities:

1. Make a plan for school targeting with the YCAB team;
2. Looking for schools that are willing to participate in the Orica Women Engineers training with the terms and criteria set by the YCAB Foundation;
3. Advocating, getting recommendations, and coordinating with schools to participate in Orica Women Engineers training;
4. Documenting the entire socialization and advocacy process by YCAB Foundation standards;
5. Coordinate and collaborate regularly with various parties for the duration of the program;
6. Manage online and offline training access for the trainee school;
7. Manage, answer the questions of the trainees, and encourage a positive environment in online discussion forums;
8. Evaluate, give feedback, and report the condition of participants during the training process;
9. Make a report on the implementation of activities by YCAB standards.

Requirements:

1. Have stable internet access and reliable use of online communication and collaboration platforms;
2. Have good communication, time management, and negotiation skills with the school;
3. Committed, target-oriented, conscientious, able to work as a team, and able to work well under pressure with a hectic schedule;
4. Regularly do advocacy work with Policy Stakeholders;
5. Domicile in Samarinda City/Kab. Kutai Kartanegara.
