As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.
The global program "Sustainability and Value Added in Agricultural Supply Chains" is part of the special initiative "ONE WORLD – No Hunger" (SEWOH). On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the program promotes the sustainability of selected agricultural supply chains in partner countries.
This project aims to improve the business practices, product quality, and incomes of the selected cacao farmer group(s) in the Lore Lindu Biosphere Reserve area through direct connection to retail markets, to consumers (develop new Café) and focus on creating new markets for cacao products and returning value to farmers.
GIZ SASCI+ project is currently seeking an Individual Consultant for Supporting Innovation Fund (F&B Consultant). The details service are set forth in the Terms of Reference.
