The Ministry of Health has a goal of ending the HIV epidemic as a public health threat by 2030 and has set a target of 95-95-95 (95% of people living with HIV know their status, 95% of those know their status on antiretroviral therapy, and 95% of those on therapy with viral load suppression) by the end of 2030. The Ministry of Health, the Spiritia Foundation, and the Indonesia AIDS Coalition currently implement the HIV program for 2022-2023. Each organization will have specific roles and responsibilities in addressing the HIV epidemic in Indonesia.
Yayasan Spiritia is interested in conducting a mid-term evaluation of its program to address HIV among key populations in Indonesia. This evaluation will provide insight into the impact and effectiveness of the program, as well as identify areas for improvement. It will also serve as a capacity-building opportunity for Yayasan Spiritia staff. The timing of the evaluation is ideal as the current funding cycle approaches its midpoint and the Ministry of Health is scheduled to produce an epidemic update. The evaluation results will inform the development of a proposal for future funding and consider long-term sustainability.
Spiritia invites individuals to submit a letter to indicate their interest in implementing the Mid-Term Review. Interested candidates can submit a CV, a cover letter containing the selection criteria (required experience and qualification) aforementioned, and the proposed consultant fee per day no later than 17.00 WIB; January 17, 2023; the email subject line should be "Mid-Term Review Consultant" to the address: info@spiritia.or.id and copy to rahmat@spiritia.or.id.
