JOB VACANCY 

 

 [Partnership Executive] 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

1. Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs and also show YCAB differentiation; 
2. Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions; 
3. Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with the organization; 
4. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners; 
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to run programs; 
6. Create proposals and reports for partners; 
7. Create events to engage partners and raise funds; 
8. Develop crowdfunding strategies to create engaging campaigns; 
9. Develop business development strategy and business development plans with associated targets. 

Requirements: 

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential); 
2. Has a minimum of 5 ( five) years of proven working experience in a fund raising and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships (essential); 
3. Proven excellent in developing proposal (essential); 
4. Highly goal-oriented, high initiative, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver; 
5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; 
6. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization; 
7. Fluent in written and verbal English.
