Program Background
DT Global supports the implementation of the Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2. AIPJ2 is an eight-year program which aims to support co-operation between Australian and Indonesian institutions and civil society organisations in order to contribute to the overall goal of:
Strong and accessible justice and security institutions that enhance respect for enforceable rights and rules-based governance systems, over time contributing to stability and prosperity in Indonesia and the region.
The Partnership is strategically aligned to achieve GOI partner policies, implementation plans, budgets and practices that:
· increase transparency and accountability in justice institutions
· reduce overcrowding in correctional facilities through restorative justice in the criminal justice system;
· improve the ease of doing business through reforms to commercial case handling
· help prevent violent extremism in prisons, on release and in schools; and
· support bilateral and regional cooperation in transnational crime investigations.
· preventing child marriage;
· protecting victims of sexual violence;
· ensuring family support after divorce; and
· improved access to justice for people with disabilities.

The Role
Join Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2) as an Activity Coordinator – Communications and KHUB to support the day-to-day operations for Communications and KHUB Team on program implementation with the logistics / administrative, including financial and program management, for ensuring the timely payment of costs and expenses for activities implemented.

About You
You will be a motivated and proactive Activity Coordinator – Communications and KHUB with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:
- Diploma or Degree in administration and management or a relevant field.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in managing large scale events (meeting, workshop, webinar, etc) with international project, profit and/or non-profit organisations
- Able to do negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to travel across Indonesia for event management.
- Able to adapt and modify approaches when dealing with different partners and environment.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate capacity to work with and take direction as part of a team.
- Experience in reporting on activities and sound financial management experience.
- Good understanding of working with civil society partners and government counterparts
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
Remuneration
Based on the experience of the successful candidate and current market rates.
