The role
Prospera, in support of the Ministry of Finance (MOF), is seeking the services of (a) qualified Senior Adviser(s) (Customs Administration and Technology) to support in the preparation for the modernisation of customs administration and technology. The Senior Adviser(s) shall have deep knowledge with strong ICT background and extensive practical international experiences in customs reform in developed and emerging economies. The Senior Adviser(s) is expected to have in-depth knowledge and more than 12 years of experience in various core functional areas of customs administration and border services.

About you (Selection Criteria)
It is expected that the position will meet the following qualifications:
- Advanced qualifications in Public Administration, Information Systems, or related subjects, with technical knowledge environmental engineering as a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in customs administration reform and ICT transformation.
- Working experience in customs administration of developed countries or large emerging economies would be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with senior government officials on strategic/priority issues and excellent engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, including written, advocacy, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to produce high quality presentations in English.

Remuneration
The remuneration will be set according to Dfat Remuneration Framework Group D, Job Level 4. This position open for International and National Indonesian. The remuneration level at which the position is engaged will be based on the successful candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This is a long-term position, based in Jakarta.
