 REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

 

 

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as Project Admin II.

 

The Project Admin II will be a strong support to the Financial Management Team in assisting of Project Management Unit (PMU) at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) and at Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) and other working units in daily basis, as well as to strengthen and improve the contract management services due to the significant increase of transactions. He/she will be working closely in the process of financial transactions, verification, and reporting with the Financial Management Team, and deliver tasks and assignments as directed by the Project Director.

 

The Project Admin II under supervision and coordination of the Financial Management Specialist (FMS) or Project Admin II will be responsible, but are not limited to the following:

a)       In coordination with the Project Management Unit (PMU) Director to compile, review, analyze, synthesize and provide regular project's progress update and reports in 10 project provinces (Riau, Jambi, South Sumatera, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Java, Central Java, and East Java);

b)      Support in the development of project reports, presentations and documents on technical, procurement, financial and administrative aspects;

c)       Support in logistical arrangement, facilitate or coordinate activity;

d)      Compile, maintain and present data in database and presentation on project related activities;

e)       Responsible in preparing meetings, minutes of meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders;

f)       Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the PMU Director.

 

Project Admin II will be engaged for full-time assignment and will be placed at the PMU office. The engagement is initially expected for 3 months (as probation period), and extendable based on needs. The assignment is expected to start in January 2023. It is expected that Project Admin II may has to work additional hours depending on the workload or the requests of the Project Management Unit (PMU) Director.

 

 

The Project Admin II shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

a.    Bachelor degree; Minimum 2 years of experience of practice in Government projects, development area or private commercial practice (particularly land, spatial or IT related projects);

b.    Experience in working with Government agencies, rural community and NGOs and experience in working for Government-funded project or World Bank/international agencies/other multilateral agencies – funded projects is an advantage;

c.    Good command in spoken and written in English and in Bahasa Indonesia;

d.    Experience in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel;

e.    Target oriented, willing to work long hours and travel to project sites and able to work independently under minimum supervision;

f.     Women are encouraged to apply

 

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (CV, References, Salary History, etc.)

 

The consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrower (fourth edition November 2020).
