Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is a partner of the KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. We collaborate and develop partnerships with the Government, international organizations, and local organizations in providing technical assistance and developing effective, efficient, innovative, and sustainable TB control strategies.  

We are an organization of TB professionals, including doctors, researchers, training experts, and epidemiologists. 

Our VISION is that Indonesia free of tuberculosis and other related public health problems. 

Our MISION is to eliminate TB in Indonesia and other related diseases through the development and implementation of effective, efficient, and sustainable TB control strategies. 

 

 

Currently, Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is looking for a: 

 
Partnership & Business Development Officer 

Duty Station: DKI Jakarta 

  

The Partnership & Business Development Officer will work on revenue growth and maximize income from existing and new engagement programs including corporate partnership programs, etc. She/He will develop an efficient and functional resource mobilization operations to increase the resource base from diversified funding streams for the organization.

• Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs and also show YKI differentiation   
• Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions   
• Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with the organization's value   
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners   
• Coordinate with relevant departments to run programs   
• Create proposals and reports for partners   
• Create events to engage partners and raise funds 
• Develop business development strategy and business development plans with associated targets 
• Ensure business development documentation and materials are up to date and ready for sharing with potential donors and partners 
• Analyze and prepare creative and innovative funding streams in keeping with general trends in the country  
• Performed other duties assigned by supervisor 

 

Qualifications and Competencies:   

Educational Qualification:  

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential)   

Competencies: 

• Minimum of 5 ( five) years of proven working experience in a fund raising and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships (essential)  
• Proven excellent in developing proposal (essential)   
• Highly goal-oriented, high initiative, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver   
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills   
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization   
• Fluent in written and verbal English 
• Passionate, creative, always willing to push the boundaries and a great team player
