Yayasan Project HOPE (YPH) manages several programs in the areas of Infection Diseases, Tuberculosis Laboratory Strengthening, Maternal Neonatal Health, COVID19 Emergency Response and Mental Health. It is also establishing an emergency response hub to strengthen emergency response operating systems in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Profile of USAID TB LON Mental Health Asia Project
USAID TB LON Mental Health Asia is a three-year USAID funded project to support TB program Integration of mental health care to improve quality of TB patient care. This project is implemented by YPH with our partners KHANA (Cambodia) and ASSIST (Philippines). This program will use evidence-based mental health intervention that can be delivered at primary health care's setting in Cambodia and Philippines to improve TB outcomes.

Purpose of Position
The Integration Leader (IL) will support the TB and Technical Lead (TL) for the implementation of the collaborative care of TB and mental health at national and district level and other activities to improve the quality of the integration TB-Mental Health. S/he will report directly to the TL.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the TL to maintain coordination and collaboration with the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders at national and district level, local partners and other relevant stakeholders;
  2. Coordinate and monitor the process of TB-Mental Health integration at national and district level; provide guidance on collaborative care model to health facilities and CBO; organize and facilitate the training of TB Mental Health integration; ensure correct screening tools applied and monitor the TB Mental Health referral system;
  3. Develop project schedule, monitor the progress, and create regular project status report for the TL;
  4. Provide support to the TL in monitoring the technical experts' work performance and progress to ensure timely delivery;
  5. Provide assistance to MEL specialists in collecting and analysing data and indicators reported at national and district level and provide feedback to improve the quality of the program;
  6. Provide other administrative support to and/or as directed by the supervisor;
  7. Support TL to develop project's reports, concept notes, research papers and survey reports as directed by the supervisor;
  8. Other tasks (within his/her capacity) assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in public health, psychology, medical, nursing and healthcare management. A master's degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience on project support/management preferably on TB and/or Mental Health.
  3. Minimum 3 years professional experience in non-governmental organizations, donor funded projects and/or development partners for advocacy, communication, and social mobilization for priority health causes.
  4. Demonstrated skills and knowledge in capacity building, advocacy, project monitoring and evaluation, especially on TB and other infectious diseases issues.
  5. Demonstrated ability to be proactive in managing work priorities and competing tasks (multi-tasking) and ensure the task is completed accurately and timely.
  6. Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other staff members and partners/grantees' teams.
  7. Excellent writing skills, developing presentations, and training skills.
  8. Excellent communication, coordination and inter-personal skills.
  9. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  11. Willingness to travel within Indonesia and ability to travel internationally.
