Objectives of Role
Reporting to the Senior Office Manager the Driver will be responsible to assist the DT Global Jakarta Office as necessary. This will encompass activities ranging from driving and maintenance of company's car, ensuring a duty of care to all passengers and other administrative duties as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive DT Global vehicles for transporting authorised staff/personnel
- Responsible for the vehicle safety including passengers and all tools and equipment in the car.
- Responsible for looking after the vehicle, such as checking the engine oil, gasoline, car battery, the brakes and keep the vehicle clean all the time.
- Regularly check the engine and the vehicle condition, immediately report any issues noticed and, if needed, attend relevant repair works.
- Keeping record of daily mileage on the Vehicle Log Sheet.
- Collecting and distributing official letters and other office documents, as needed.
- Deposit payment of office relates utility bills (example - electricity, water, office phones – landline and mobile phones etc.)
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested by authorized personnel.
Selection Criteria
Essential Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum high school graduate
- Possess valid driving licence.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as company/corporate driver
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- A committed team player with the ability to take initiative
Desirable
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Familiar with Jabodetabek Area
