Since 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries to ensure sustainable, resilient, and equitable access to quality healthcare.
MSH started working in Indonesia in 1980 with a focus on improving child health, decentralizing health services, expanding access to care and treatment for TB, and strengthening pharmaceutical management. In 2023, MSH was awarded the five-year USAID BEBAS TB activity to reduce TB incidence and mortality by addressing critical gaps and challenges in the TB program. This activity builds on the work of previous USAID projects and aims to improve access and utilization of quality and patient-centered comprehensive TB services.
To achieve the objectives, MSH is looking for a Sub-Grant Manager Indonesia.
About the Job :
The Sub-Grants Manager will oversee the management, coordination, and key risk control elements of the USAID funded BEBAS-TB grant portfolio to ensure a high level of financial management, compliance and partnership support. In coordination with the MSH Corporate Contracts Office, the Sub-Grants Manager is a key contributor to all steps in the process: solicitation, award, assessing sub-grantee capabilities, monitoring of program and financial performance/progress, grant compliance, sub-grantee capacity building, sub-grant process documentation & retention, audits, application of sub-grantee compliance plans or corrective action plans, evaluations and close out activities.
The primary goal of the Sub-Grants Manager is to ensure the USAID BEBAS-TB activity maintains the capability to manage and monitor its sub-grant portfolio by ensuring our internal capacity to assess, monitor and document sub-grantee performance and to strengthen the sub-grantee's capacity in all aspects of their work.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the Grant and Partnership team in the MSH BEBAS TB and ensure all duties assigned to the Grants & Partnership lead in the Grants Manual are carried out.
- Directly administer the day-to-day operations of the USAID BEBAS-TB grants program, including potential supervision of other members of a small Grant Management team.
- Ensure that policies, processes, and procedures outlined in USAID BEBAS-TB grants manual are maintained and followed in a standardized manner and in accordance with USAID BEBAS-TB, MSH, and USAID policy.

Qualifications:
- A Post graduate Degree in Finance/Accounting, Public Health/Administration or related field of studies.
- Min 7+ years of relevant and progressive experience in implementing grants, grants management, procurement, and/or supply management.
- At least 3-5 years experience working on a U.S. Government, donor-funded project, or Non-Governmental Organization preferred.
- Experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning tools such as Quickbooks and Deltek Costpoint.
