MSH collaborates with local partners, from the Ministry to the community, to strengthen and complement existing health systems. Since 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries to ensure sustainable, resilient, and equitable access to quality healthcare.
MSH started working in Indonesia in 1980 with a focus on improving child health, decentralizing health services, expanding access to care and treatment for TB, and strengthening pharmaceutical management. In 2023, MSH was awarded the five-year USAID BEBAS TB activity to reduce TB incidence and mortality by addressing critical gaps and challenges in the TB program. This activity builds on the work of previous USAID projects and aims to improve access and utilization of quality and patient-centered comprehensive TB services.
To achieve the objectives, MSH is looking for a Provincial Accountant for Central Java
About the Job :
The Provincial Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Provincial Senior Finance and Administration Analyst with safeguarding the assets (financial and physical) of MSH and ultimately the U.S. Government or other donor against fraud, loss or misuse. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that any money expended in the Country is done in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, MSH policy, and any cost principles imposed by the donor agency. In doing this S/he will do but is not limited to, payment review for activities and operations, uploading payments into the system (s), petty cash handling, ensure proper record keeping, activity advance reconciliations, and supporting the Sr. Finance and Administration in VAT, WHT and other relevant Tax reporting. The Accountant is aware of and adheres to MSH’s procurement integrity standards in all activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable University.
- 3 years hands on experience in various accounting/finance areas.
- Proven experience in using basic accounting software preferably QuickBooks.
- Knowledge and experience of handling U.S. government funded projects. Including knowledge of donor rules and regulations
