Peace Corps Indonesia invites Contractors to submit a quote for services described in the Statement of Work detailed below. Peace Corps Indonesia anticipates awarding one or more Firm Fixed Price contract to qualified Contractors whose quote(s) represent the best value to Peace Corps.

Quotations are due no later than 17h00 WIB on 12 June 2024. Late quotations will not be accepted.
Written questions about this Request for Quotation (RFQ) may be sent in the same fashion to the individual noted above in advance of the RFQ due date. No phone calls please.
Peace Corps Indonesia will evaluate all quotations received by the deadline based on the minimum requirements and/or evaluation factors shown below. Contingent on the availability of funds and continued need for the supplies and/or services, at the end of the evaluation process, Peace Corps Indonesia intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase of the required services to the selected Contractor.
Submission Requirements
The Contractor submitting a quote should be an institution (ex: University, language school, etc.) that routinely provides the type of services contained in the Statement of Work. The quote must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in the Cover Letter of this RFQ. The quote must include the following documents in order to be considered to be responsive to the RFQ:
A. Contractor Experience Form with past performance information
The Contractor must complete the experience form, Attachment 1.
B. Roster of Potential Personnel
The Contractor must complete the Roster, Attachment 2.
C. Price Quote Form
The Contractor must submit a Price Quote Form, Attachment 3.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The Peace Corps intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror(s) whose responsive quote(s) represent the best value to the Peace Corps considering technical qualifications, past performance, and price.
Technical qualifications and past performance are listed in order of importance. Technical qualifications and past performance, when combined together, are more important than price. Offerors who have affirmatively stated that they do not have the required past performance references will be evaluated neutrally for this criteria.
