1. Scope of Service:
1. Design Services for "New Advanced Research Laboratory Center"
2. Bidding support for selecting the contractors.
3. Construction Supervision Consultant Service during construction period
2. Duration
· Contract period: 21 months from the contract date.
· Design: Total 6 months from the date of signing the contract
· Bidding support for selecting the contractors: 3 months.
· Construction Supervision: 12 months
3. Bid Limit
· USD 200,000 (Excluding of value-added taxes and other fees)
· Design Fee : USD 150,000(Including permit from Authorities)
· CS Fee : USD 50,000

You are kindly requested to prepare your most competitive documents in accordance with the terms in this document and submit it as follows:
One set of bid documents (original form and if a copy is provided, the copy must be confirmed to be a true and accurate copy of the original document and must affix its registered seal). The document should be submitted to KOICA Indonesia in sealed envelopes, which should be labeled "Design and Construction Supervision of New Advanced Research Laboratory Center of IPB University in Indonesia". The bid price should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.

How to Apply
All bid documents shall be submitted in person to KOICA Indonesia Office on or before 15:00pm on 11th November 2024. Any bid that is presented later than the closing time shall be deemed non-conforming, and KOICA shall be under no obligation to accept it.
