Jaringan Indonesia Positif (JIP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and rights of people living with HIV in Indonesia. Building on its previous work, JIP will launch AKSELERASI - a community-led monitoring project funded by USAID Indonesia . This project will involve collecting site-level data through digital platforms in 13 districts to evaluate and enhance HIV service quality, support health facilities, and strengthen the advocacy skills of individuals affected by HIV in order to better manage the HIV epidemic in Indonesia.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position for the IT Officer position to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role will ensure smooth operations and support the organization's digital transformation.

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position for the IT Officer position to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role will ensure smooth operations and support the organization's digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.o Ensure the smooth functioning of internet, email systems, data storage, and cloud platforms.o Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks to safeguard organizational data.o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize disruptions.o Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions in line with organizational policies.o Implement and maintain security protocols to protect JIP's digital assets from cyber threats, viruses, and data breaches.o Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, especially related to sensitive information about key population and people living with HIV.o Manage software licenses and ensure that all organizational software is up to date and compliant with regulations.o Provide training and technical support to JIP's staff on the use of technology tools, including basic troubleshooting, security awareness, and software applications used by JIP.o Collaborate with the MEL team to ensure that the data management systems used for monitoring and reporting are reliable, secure, and efficient.o Collaborate with the MEL officer and data officer in managing AKSELERASI digital reporting and digital data collection tool to support program monitoring.o Ensure that data storage and processing systems are aligned with the organization's data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support and system management, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in managing networks, hardware, and server systems.o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and website management.o Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data protection regulations.o Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.• Other Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.• Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
