Background: The organization is seeking proposals from qualified insurance providers to offer comprehensive health insurance services for its employees for the year 2025. Objective: To secure a health insurance provider who can offer:
1. Comprehensive health insurance services.
2. Cost-effective premium structures.
3. High-quality customer service and claims processing.
4. Additional wellness and preventive care benefits.
Scope of Services: The provider is expected to deliver services that include but are not limited to:
1. Health insurance coverage including hospitalization, outpatient services, specialist consultations, and prescribed medications.
2. Mental health and wellness services.
3. Preventive health care programs, such as annual health check-ups.
4. Efficient claims processing and member support systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Licensed and recognized health insurance provider.
2. Proven track record of managing corporate health insurance plans.
3. Ability to offer customized solutions based on organizational needs.

Upon receipt and review of the EoI, selected vendors who meet the eligibility criteria will be contacted and provided with detailed proposal requirements and further instructions for submission, while only those vendors will receive the full Request for Proposal (RFP).
