Inpatient and Outpatient Insurance for Employee and Family

(Period: 01 January 2025 – 01 January 2026).

SNV Indonesia is seeking an insurance company/ provide for the provision of inpatient and Outpatient coverage for SNV Employee and Family as follows:

Male: 37

Female: 38

Dependant: 43

Total    118

 

Tender Timeline:

 

1. Tender Announcement                                       : 06 December 2024
2. Expression of Interest                                         : 11 December 2024
3. Pre-Submission Clarification Meeting         : 12 December 2024 (detailed information will be provided to parties who submit expression of interest)
4. Deadline for Bid Submission                            : 16 December 2024
5. Bid Clarifications                                                  : 20 December 2024
6. Award Contract                                                      : 1 January 2025

 

The submission all documents required for the ITB007 – Employee Insurance:

1. Expression of interest:
   Interested party must submit their letter/ email expressing their interest to join the tender no later than COB 11 December 2024.

Please attached your company profile.

2. Proposal:
   Bid proposal with detail premium per category as per above must be received no later than COB 16 December 2024.
