About Position
Key responsibilities for this position include designing and conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring data quality. Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of foundation's projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Research: design and implement research projects, including develop framework, conduct surveys, interview, focus group discussions and literature review to gather relevant data.
- Data Collection: collect data on program activities, conduct field visits to observe project implementation, and tracking project progress based on KPI.
- Preliminary Data Analysis: analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.
- Reporting and Communication: prepare report and presentation for department and clearly communicate to internal and external department.
- Data Quality and Knowledge Management: maintain databases, ensure integrity and quality of data, maintain system for capturing and sharing knowledge generated through RME activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's. Preferably Economic, Statistics, Social Science, or other related field.
- Minimum 2 year experiences in research, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Proficient in Office 365 Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient in statistical and data analyzing tools (e.g. SPSS, excel, etc.)
- Experience in conduct monitoring and evaluating social project, including developing monitoring and evaluation plan, data collections, monitor performance indicators, and data reporting.
- Excellent in reporting, analytical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills.

- Research framework or Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
- Data collection tools.
- Secondary or relevant data.
- Reports and findings.
