Qualifications

●        Senior undergraduate student or recent graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or abroad, preferably in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Science, Business Management, or other sustainability-related fields.

●        Experience or familiarity with sustainability projects, environmental products and services, and relevant methodologies.

●        Skilled in design, marketing, social media management, and copywriting.

●        Ability to visualize complex narratives and data attractively in a compact and presentable format through various graphic designs (both still and motion) across multiple social media platforms.

●        Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a self-motivated attitude.

●        Innovative and agile in developing ideas and concepts.

●        Understanding of lifestyle impacts on climate change, including waste and emissions, is a plus.

●        Legally eligible to work in Indonesia with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English and an understanding of local culture.

Internship Terms and Duration

This is a paid internship program for the period of April 2025 to June 2025, with possibility of other roles beyond the stated period, subject to project plan and performance. Detailed activity plan and arrangement will be discussed with the WRI Indonesia team following signing of the internship contract.

The Opportunity


Reporting to the Resource Mobilization & External Relations Director, the Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimise digital fundraising efforts. This includes utilising the donation page, online advertising, social media channels, third-party digital fundraising platforms, and innovative digital donation products. The role also involves increasing recurring donations, supervising the digital engagement team, and coordinating with other Resource Mobilization & External Engagement units. Accountabilities for the role


1. Digital Fundraising Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the digital fundraising roadmap aligned with Plan Indonesia's fundraising goals.
  • Identify and implement best practices in digital donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Drive optimisation of online donation pages and digital payment systems to ensure a seamless donor experience.

2. Campaign & Content Management

  • Develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns across multiple online channels (social media, email, website, paid ads, etc.).

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for higher engagement and conversion rates.

3. Social Media & Third-Party Digital Platforms

4. Recurring Donation Growth

Program Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim Pekalongan adalah kolaborasi antara KEMITRAAN dan Program "Melindungi-Mempertahankan-Melestarikan menuju Ketahanan Iklim" melalui Adaptation Fund (AF) di Kota Pekalongan bertujuan untuk memperkuat adaptasi masyarakat terhadap dampak perubahan iklim dan bencana alam. Salah satu inisiatif utama dalam program ini adalah pengembangan urban farming sebagai solusi berkelanjutan.

Pada tahun 2024, program telah melaksanakan pendampingan awal melalui mitra komunitas dengan fokus pada pelatihan dasar budidaya tanaman di lahan terbatas dan pengenalan sistem pertanian organik. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan teknis dan operasional yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, KEMITRAAN mengundang konsultan untuk memperkuat pendampingan teknis dalam pengelolaan urban farming.

Project Admin Support Officer mendukung pelaksanaan operasional proyek seperti administrasi, dokumentasi, dan koordinasi antara tim serta stakeholder terkait. Termasuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur administratif, mengelola jadwal, menyusun laporan, serta membantu dalam pengelolaan anggaran dan sumber daya untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan

Gambaran singkat dari pekerjaannya berikut ini:
  • Bertanggung jawab langsung dalam mengatur dan/ atau memberikan dukungan administratif, dokumentasi, koordinasi tim dan stakeholder, serta pengaturan sumberdaya pendukung lainnya. Termasuk penyusunan rencana operasional dan laporan secara berkala.
  • Menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana operasional, mengelola administrasi dan aset kantor, termasuk kontrak, laporan, dan dokumentasi project.
  • Memastikan semua dokumen administratif tersimpan dengan rapi dan mudah diakses.
  • Membantu koordinasi antara tim proyek, mitra, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
  • Menyusun jadwal rapat, mencatat notulen, dan mendistribusikan informasi penting kepada tim terkait.
  • Mengumpulkan dan menyusun data untuk laporan administrasi operasional kantor dan memastikan semua administratif berjalan sesuai dengan kebijakan organisasi dan donor.
  • Mengelola dan memproses administrasi keuangan seperti faktur, reimburse, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
  • Mengatur perjalanan dinas, akomodasi, dan kebutuhan logistik lainnya untuk tim program.
  • Mengelola pengadaan, aset, dan perlengkapan project sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Mendukung audit internal dan eksternal dengan menyiapkan dokumen yang diperlukan.
  • Membuat laporan pelaksanaan operasional kantor secara berkala termasuk laporan aset dan penggunaannya, serta administrasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan organisasi.
 
Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan
  • Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman dalam administrasi project, manajemen dan operasional kantor.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan dokumen, pelaporan, serta standar administrasi dan operasional project.
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja pada project yang didanai oleh donor internasional atau NGO menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), sistem manajemen proyek, dan perangkat akuntansi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengelolaan aset, pengadaan barang dan jasa pada project NGO dan terkait lainnya.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan, dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris lebih disukai.
  • Keterampilan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang kuat dengan perhatian terhadap detail.

Agroforestry Specialist terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan program agroforestri berkelanjutan, dan pemantauan praktik agroforestri yang ramah lingkungan dan berbasis ilmiah. Gambaran singkat dari pekerjaannya berikut ini:
  • Terlibat dalam penyusunan rencana dan strategi pelaksanaan project, strategi mitigasi konflik manusia dan satwa liar yang berbasis ilmiah dan sosial untuk memastikan koeksistensi yang berkelanjutan.
  • Menyusun rencana kerja jangka pendek dan jangka panjang yang mencakup identifikasi risiko, metode mitigasi, serta keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan.
  • Menyusun mekanisme pemantauan dan evaluasi secara berkala untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan perbaikan yang diperlukan
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan project sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan strategi yang telah disusun, termasuk pengelolaan anggaran.
  • Melakukan kajian lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi area rawan konflik serta faktor penyebab utama interaksi negatif antara manusia dan satwa liar.
  • Menggunakan pendekatan berbasis data, seperti pemetaan GIS dan analisis pola pergerakan satwa, untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan
  • Minimal Sarjana (S1) dari program studi Ilmu Kehutanan/Lingkungan, dan atau Pendidikan Magister (S2) dari program studi terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang konservasi, mitigasi konflik manusia dan satwa liar, dan pengelolaan habitat.Minimal Sarjana (S1) dari program studi Ilmu Kehutanan/Lingkungan, dan atau Pendidikan Megister (S2) dibidang terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang konservasi, mitigasi konflik manusia dan satwa liar, dan pengelolaan habita.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengelolaan proyek konservasi, termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi.
