Contract duration: Full-time, one-year with possibility of extension

 

Nuffic Southeast Asia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration & Finance Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. If you, or anyone you might know, have a knack for managing finances and supporting operations in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you!

 

The Administration & Finance Officer will support the day-to-day functioning of the Nuffic Southeast Asia organization, notably in the field of Administration and Financial Management.

The Administration & Finance Officer must be able to work on several tasks and projects simultaneously, in an often-busy work environment. The Officer is responsible to both Office Manager (OM) and Finance Manager: Office & Projects (FMOP).
