[newdevjobsindo] Vacancy of Save the Children Indonesia: Invitation to Tender ITT-2025-002

Save the Children Indonesia (SCIDN) is a part of Save the Children's global movement that has vision a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation. We share the mission to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. To achieve our vision and mission, since 2016, we focus on inspiring three specific breakthroughs for children by 2030:
• Survive: No child dies from preventable causes before their fifth birthday
• Learn: All children learn from a quality basic education
• Be protected: Violence against children is no longer tolerated
Learning from our current achievement and looking at the global and our country's ambition, SCIDN refreshes the strategy for 2025-2027 to create a triple impact in achieving the ambition for children to learn, survive, and be protected. Tripling impact is part of SC global ambition through our localisation approach and stronger contributions in the health and education sectors with a climate and child protection perspective, which means getting the most results possible for children per $ spent. The organization will develop itself to become more agile and effective, facilitating the formation of one team with shared objectives, aligned with 20252027 priorities and beyond.
By 2030, it is predicted that Indonesian children will reach to 89 million and the population growth is predicted to be steady starting by 2030 (or even experience a slight decrease). There is an estimation that by 2030, about 13% of total children & youth population is living below the poverty line, which is around 11.5 million. Therefore, we aim to deliver positive impacts to 12 million children per year by 2030, as critical point to bring positive impacts for children in country, that contributes to Save the Children's global ambition.
In 2030, SCIDN aims to triple its impact and double its income by 2030 as part of its Ambition for Children to learn, survive, and be protected. SCIDN set its ambition by reaching 12 million children (direct and indirect reach) and doubling its income by generating total revenue of USD 30 million from diversified revenue streams.
To ensure effective measurement and inform evidence-based decision making, a comprehensive baseline study is required at the outset of CSP implementation. For this purpose, we are seeking to engage a qualified firm to conduct the baseline survey. Interested firms may express their interest by completing and submitting the attached tender documents, ITT-2025-002, no later than Thursday, 12 June 2025 at 17.00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time).
