- Conduct research and review relevant terms for partnership agreements.
- Draft, revise, and finalize cooperation agreements in coordination with relevant departments.
- Review third-party feedback and adjust agreements accordingly.
- Draft various letters as required by internal departments.
- Revise letters based on supervisor feedback.
- Assign and record outgoing letter numbers and distribute to requesting departments.
- Digitally archive cooperation agreements and legal documents.
- Maintain physical copies in a structured filing system.
- Provide requested legal documents when needed.
- Maintain updated lists of licenses, deeds, and legal documents.
- Handle legal permits such as Business Identification Numbers (NIB), course & training licenses, trademarks, clinic permits, and fundraising licenses.
- Complete internal quality assurance documentation including performance targets, review tables, and corrective action forms.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Law, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of foundation law, legal writing, and permits.
- TOEFL score minimum 500.
- Detail oriented, systematic, honest, and disciplined.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
- Good understanding of Indonesian legal language according to PUEBI.
