We are looking for an Endline Study and Final Project Evaluation Consultant for the Promoting Peace, Equality, and Civil Rights for Inclusive Society in Timor-Leste (GoR-TL) project. The overall objective of the project is for Timorese civil society organizations' voices have been successful in persuading the government to support laws and policies that guarantee the fulfillment of Timorese citizens' right.
The Consultant(s) are expected to provide the following deliverables:
- Inception Report (including Evaluation Matrix)*
- PowerPoint Presentation and Validation Workshop
- Draft Final Report + Executive Summary
- Draft Case Studies
- Final Report, Case Studies & Evaluation Matrix
