Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: (approximately 80%)
- Support consulting engagements as required through the completion of research, analysis, finance and administrative tasks.
- Understand, monitor and report on progress against project deliverables and inputs across the project lifecycle.
- Undertake project budget and financial reporting, and monitoring of cost, budgets and expenditure.
- Support the maintenance of accurate business data on corporate databases and systems.
- Contribute to and support the quality assurance of programs.
- Assist with the identification and management of project risk, supporting its identification, reporting, management and mitigation.
- Assist in the production of high-quality reports, strategy documents, and presentations for clients.
- Understand and comply with safety and security instruction and reporting
Market and Business Development: (approximately 10%)
- Demonstrate commitment to the delivery of company and regional objectives (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) ensuring that personal KPIs are delivered with excellence and timeliness.
- Assist in business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities, and maintaining the opportunity pipeline database.
- In preparation of bidding, analyse and inform key political economy changes, support mobilising resources, developing commercials and other necessary preparatory works.
Relationships, Communication & Development: (approximately 10%)
- Develop client and stakeholder relationships across your assignments and maintain professional, respectful and effective relationships with your colleagues.
- Accept and value constructive feedback, support the onboarding and training of peers, and communicate with others in an inclusive manner.
- Focus on growth and development of self and others, seeking continuous opportunities to grow and learn.
Participate in and contribute to other APAC Corporate priorities and initiatives as required. - Any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager and agreed upon mutually.
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior research and analytical skills
- Financial and commercial acumen, including excellent skills in Excel
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients
- Highly developed organisational skills, agility and the ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region
