1. Introduction
Yayasan Project HOPE, in collaboration with the RISE Foundation, will implement a new initiative titled HER Way (Healthy, informEd, and Resilient for every girl and woman) — locally known in Bahasa Indonesia as SEKAR (SEhat, Kaya PengetAhuan, dan Resilien). Supported by the Kimberly-Clark Corporation (K-C), this program aims to empower adolescent girls and young women in Indonesia to navigate key life transitions with confidence, equipped with accurate knowledge and improved access to quality health services.
The HER Way/SEKAR program will be implemented in four districts/cities: Kota Tangerang, Bandung, Sidoarjo, and Banyuwangi. It is designed as a holistic and community-based initiative that integrates health education, service strengthening, and advocacy to promote the overall well-being and resilience of girls and women.
We are looking for an experienced research institution or consultant team to design and implement the baseline assessment. Those who are interested in this endeavor to offer the most cost-effective proposal with methodology, work plan, and budget plan that suit the target deliverable and evaluation to meet the project goal for the HER Way project.
2. Duration
The Consultant will provide services for a maximum of 46 working days are estimated to include the set of deliverables.
3. Submission Deadline

4. Proposed Budget
Ceiling budget shall not exceed IDR 200.000.000 (including tax)
