Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a Communications Consultant to support the CAPACities Project in Kupang, NTT.
This role will assist Local Government Units (LGUs) in strengthening communication on Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) by:
- Enhancing two-way engagement and feedback mechanisms with citizens
- Supporting inclusive communication approaches, including sign language integration
- Developing communication plans, IEC materials, and event communication packages
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in communication strategy, public engagement, or media communication
- Experience designing and facilitating training/workshops for LGUs or community stakeholders
- Knowledge of climate change, CCA, or environmental communication is an advantage
- Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Contract Period: April – June 2026
Location: Kupang, NTT
Budget: Up to IDR 30,000,000 (20–22 working days)
