Humanis is hiring!
Humanis works with grassroots communities across Southeast Asia to advance rights and freedoms through three key impact areas: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI); Civic Rights in the Digital Age (CRiDA); and Climate Justice.
The Holistic Security Feminist (Holsecfem) program addresses safety and security challenges faced by women and minority rights defenders—particularly those outside Java—amid rising political intolerance and increasing gender-based violence in digital spaces.
Through training and capacity-building on Holistic Safety and Security, the program helps mitigate risks such as cyberattacks, online gender-based violence (OGBV), and disinformation targeting activists and marginalized communities. By strengthening awareness and practical skills in digital protection, the program empowers women and marginalized groups to express their opinions and advocate for their rights more safely.
We're looking for a Project Assistant to support program implementation across three areas:
- Procurement & Vendor Management – Source vendors and manage cost-effective purchasing
- Logistics & Event Coordination – Handle logistics for workshops, meetings, and travel
- Documentation & Compliance – Maintain records and support accountability reporting
Interested candidates are requested to submit an electronic copy of their CV and cover letter (or expression of interest) no later than 22 March 2026 at 23:59 WIB.
Apply through http://humanis.foundation/join-us/
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
