Act as the primary liaison between the region and HQ to ensure alignment of policy direction and accountability for end-to-end program implementation.

Lead daily execution and ensure all program activities within the assigned area are carried out in accordance with the master implementation plan and quality standards.

Ensure timely and high-quality program delivery through intensive coordination with field staff, local partners, and vocational training providers.

Lead the recruitment and enrollment process within the assigned area to fulfill the allocated target out of the total 1,250 youth participants.

Ensure the achievement of the 75% female participation target, including the inclusion of 2% Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), within the regional cohort.

Serve as the primary daily Point of Contact (PIC) for participants and proactively resolve any inquiries or issues arising in the field.

Maintaining online/offline communities (e.g., WhatsApp groups, forums, or alumni networks) to keep youth engaged throughout the program.

Collaborate with the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (RME) department to manage daily programmatic data collection within the assigned region, including attendance logs, participant profiles, pre/post-tests, baseline and endline surveys, and activity documentation

Conduct thorough verification of field data to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission to the Project Lead

Monitor and tracking the status, engagement, and development of participants within the area

Build and maintain strategic relationships with local government and program participants

Conduct audiences, site visits, and coordination with local industries and off-takers to expand job placement access for program alumni.

Establish and manage partnerships with off-taker companies in the field to ensure post-training placement commitments are fulfilled.

Plan and coordinate all logistics and operational requirements for training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder forums within the region.

Manage regional administrative and operational finances with full accountability, including recording, archiving, and maintaining supporting documentation.

Assist the Project Lead in preparing periodic regional budgets and providing necessary data for auditing purposes.

Document all regional achievements, case studies, success stories, and lessons learned to support organizational learning and donor reporting.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in project implementation, preferably within an NGO focused on education, employment, and youth development.

Proven experience in operational work plans, managing operational budgets, and preparing periodic project reports for stakeholders.

Extensive experience in working with youth.

Willingness to travel for project monitoring and field activities

Strong commitment to completing the full contract term

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and demonstrated experience in facilitation and stakeholder engagement

Professional proficiency in Indonesian is required; functional working proficiency in English is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
