- Develop new program concepts (pilot to scale-up) in coordination with the Head of Program Management
- Design intervention models and value propositions; together with the MEL team, develop program frameworks, logical frameworks, and success metrics.
- Conduct testing, iteration, and data/feedback-driven improvement of developed programs.
- Translate grant strategy direction into operational plans
- Manage beneficiary targeting and thematic alignment
- Develop grantmaking tools, guidelines, and frameworks

Manage the full grant cycle (RfP, selection, contracts, disbursement, monitoring, reporting)

Coordinate the grant committee and decision-making process.

Ensure timeline adherence and implementation quality.

Build strategic relationships with grantee organizations.

Provide mentorship and advisory on program management.

Identify and develop capacity-building needs for grantees.

Coordinate with the MEL team to develop simple monitoring systems for tracking developed programs.

Collect and analyze outcome data and compile program reports for internal and donor audiences.

Supervise and develop Analyst-level team members including direction, coaching, and performance management.

Build a collaborative and data-driven work culture.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the development / social impact sector.

Proven experience in program design, innovation, or grantmaking.

Familiarity with grant management & governance (RfP, due diligence, disbursement, compliance)

Proficiency in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and data-driven decision-making

Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills.

Basic financial literacy in grant budgeting and cost-effectiveness.

Experience supervising and developing team members.

Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive execution.

Skilled at cross-functional coordination and influencing without authority.

Excellent communication skills — clear, persuasive, and collaborative.
