CRS Indonesia is seeking an experienced Deputy Finance Manager to support the Finance Manager in overseeing all financial management functions of the Country Program. The role ensures compliance with CRS policies, donor requirements, and local regulations, while strengthening internal controls, audit readiness, and resource stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with CRS policies, GAAP, donor regulations, and tax laws.
- Lead proposal budget development and modifications.
- Monitor budget vs. actuals and provide variance analysis.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and tax compliance.
- Support subrecipient financial management and capacity building.
- Supervise Senior Finance Officers in Jakarta and Dili.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience with multi-donor environments (USAID, EU, UN) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Insight or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% to field offices and partner locations.
