- Ensure all project activities are implemented in accordance with the project timeline and program implementation guidelines.
- Assist in coordinating the implementation of teacher training, student training, and other activities related to the program.
- Build and maintain effective communication with the Department of Education, partner schools, and relevant community stakeholders.
- Coordinate permits, facility support, and local government participation for all program activities.
- Develop monthly work plans for the implementation of the STEM Spark Program in Samarinda and Kutai Kartanegara, aligned with program targets.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to participating schools to track the progress of program implementation.
- Collect data, activity documentation, and testimonials to support program reporting requirements.
- Provide technical support during training sessions, including ensuring venue readiness and the availability of logistical resources.

Prepare periodic reports on the progress of field implementation activities and submit them to the program team.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing education projects, training programs, or community development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and engagement activities with educators and youth.
- Based in or have good knowledge of the Samarinda area and its surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with schools, government agencies, and local communities.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
