Catholic Relief Services is seeking a Program Manager I – Emergency Response and Recovery (EMEA) to join our global emergency response initiative.

Position Duration: July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027 

Location: Remote (applicants must be based in Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, India, Philippines, or Indonesia)

This role will manage and provide technical oversight of emergency response and recovery programming across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality humanitarian assistance in rapidly evolving crises.

Key Highlights:

• Lead emergency response and recovery projects across the full cycle.

• Strengthen staff and partner capacity in humanitarian programming.

• Support proposal development, donor engagement, and program learning.

• Travel up to 50% to support rapid response in challenging environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Relations, Community Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management with NGOs.

• Strong skills in MEAL, grants management, and proposal writing.

• Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
