What you'll do:
🔹 Source and screen candidates across our program teams (research, field operations, finance, design, and more)
🔹 Assess candidates through structured interviews and support hiring decisions with clear, objective feedback.
🔹 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
🔹 Help build a strong talent pipeline as BVT scales across regions
What we're looking for:
✅ Experience recruiting for NGOs or mission-driven organizations
✅ English proficiency is a plus
✅ Able to work during business hours, Central Indonesia Time (WITA)
✅ Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently/remotely
This is a freelance engagement, flexible based on hiring needs. If you're passionate about connecting good people to meaningful work, especially work that restores land and builds sustainable communities, we'd love to hear from you.
