PROGRAM MANAGER — DNETWORK

About the Role
DNetwork is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and purpose-oriented Program Manager to lead the organisation’s programs, operations, and growth.
The Program Manager will take overall ownership of planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating DNetwork’s programs to achieve its mission of creating meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a small team, manage multiple priorities, build partnerships, develop funding opportunities, and turn ideas into action. You will be expected to think creatively, work independently, and make the most of the resources, relationships, and networks available to achieve results.
DNetwork is a project under the Annika Linden Centre, a centre for disability and social impact based in Bali, Indonesia.
This is a full-time position based at the Annika Linden Centre in Bali, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Development
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of DNetwork’s programs and projects.
- Translate DNetwork’s mission and strategic objectives into practical programs, activities, and measurable targets.
- Develop innovative approaches to increase employment opportunities and improve outcomes for people with disabilities.
- Identify new opportunities to expand DNetwork’s programs, reach, and impact.
- Monitor program progress and outcomes, using data and feedback to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure compliance with organisational and donor requirements.
- Ensure that DNetwork’s programs remain aligned with its mission, values, and objectives.
2. Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, support, and develop a small, agile, and collaborative team.
- Create a working environment that encourages ownership, creativity, initiative, and teamwork.
- Set priorities, delegate effectively, and ensure that the team delivers agreed targets and commitments.
- Be willing to take a hands-on approach and step in wherever needed to get the job done.
- Improve systems and ways of working to make the organisation more effective and efficient.
3. Partnerships, Networking & Funding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, donors, NGOs, government, disability organisations, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop opportunities for partnerships, funding, employment, and program collaboration.
- Turn relationships and networks into meaningful opportunities that contribute to DNetwork’s mission and sustainability.
- Develop funding strategies and actively pursue grants, corporate partnerships, and other sources of support.
- Represent DNetwork professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements.
4. Communication, Reporting & Advocacy
- Develop clear and compelling proposals, grant applications, reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Monitor and communicate program achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and impact.
- Develop compelling stories and content that communicate the impact of DNetwork’s work.
- Communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
- Support awareness and advocacy around inclusive employment and disability inclusion.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- University or master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Communication, Development Studies, Social Studies, Disability/Inclusion, or a related field.
- Experience in a managerial, program, or project leadership role, preferably within the NGO, social impact, or non-profit sector.
- Experience managing or working within a small team.
- Strong understanding of social issues and an interest in disability and inclusion. Experience in the disability sector is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, online platforms, social media, and other digital tools.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Partnership development, negotiation, fundraising, or business development experience.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian employment sector.
- Ability to develop compelling impact stories using text, photography, video, or other media.
- Marketing and communications skills.
- Knowledge of BISINDO (Indonesian Sign Language) is preferable.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
