📢 We’re Hiring: Lead Labour and Skills
Prospera Phase 2 is looking for an experienced Lead Labour and Skills to provide strategic and technical leadership across our labour and skills agenda.
This senior role will support the Government of Indonesia in advancing efficient labour markets, developing a productive workforce, and contributing to inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The successful candidate will work closely with Indonesian Government counterparts, DFAT, Australian Public Service partners, development organisations, businesses, and other key stakeholders.
We are looking for a senior professional with:
✅ A Master’s degree (S2)
✅ At least 12 years of relevant professional experience
✅ Strong leadership experience in senior technical roles
✅ Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating labour and skills programs
✅ Strong experience engaging with government, international organisations, and other stakeholders
✅ Experience in Indonesia and/or labour economics is highly desirable
📍 Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
📋 Position Type: Long-Term Personnel (Local)
📅 Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
