[newdevjobsindo] Request of EoI: Framework Technical Services for Policy Reform MENTARI Renewables

Humanis is open for collaboration!

Humanis works with grassroots communities across Southeast Asia to advance rights and freedoms across three key areas: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI); Civic Rights in the Digital Age (CRiDA); and Climate Justice.
Humanis invites qualified and interested vendors, service providers, and organizations to submit proposals for:
Service tendered             :   Framework Technical Services for Policy Reform
Project Name                   :   MENTARI Renewables Programme

Menuju Transisi Energi Rendah Karbon Indonesia (MENTARI) Renewables Programme is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) through the British Embassy Jakarta to support Indonesia's transition towards a low-carbon, secure and inclusive energy system.
MENTARI Renewables focuses on accelerating renewable energy deployment through policy reform, investment mobilisation, institutional strengthening, and inclusive energy transition. Led by the British Embassy Jakarta, the MENTARI Renewables is implemented by Humanis in consortium with WRI Indonesia, working closely with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), other Government of Indonesia institutions, PLN, development partners, private sector actors and civil society.
The Policy Reform component provides demand-driven technical assistance to strengthen renewable energy policies, regulations, institutional arrangements and implementation frameworks. As programme priorities will be refined during the inception phase and may evolve throughout implementation, Humanis seeks to procure a qualified individual experts or technical service provider capable of delivering multidisciplinary technical advisory services across the programme's policy reform priorities.
The successful consultant or service provider will mobilise suitably qualified experts through a framework arrangement, enabling Humanis to commission technical assistance assignments efficiently over the 16-month implementation period without undertaking separate procurement processes for each assignment
Interested candidates are invited to submit a complete proposal package electronically no later than 11 September 2026.
