What we are looking for
We are looking for MEAL Officer who will be responsible for on-going development, coordination and implementation of the Project MEAL framework, in its contribution to overall country MEAL Framework. He/she is likely to be involved in a two or more specifics projects that have similarity in theme and/or program management. He/she will work closely with all members in Program Quality and Partnership Department, Program Coordinator, Project Managers, and Research and Knowledge Management Specialist, to ensure that impacts, achievements, and learning are well and effectively captured and documented and taken into consideration for further programming. He/she will contribute to the strengthening the accountability of program team towards donors, partners and beneficiaries
The Role
Our next role will require minimum of 3 years' experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and systems, demonstrated high level analytical skills, strong and high quality interpersonal, representation, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
