Yayasan Humanis dan Inovasi Sosial is an Indonesian organization affiliated with Hivos, born out of an active collaboration between Netherlands based Hivos and several like-minded Indonesian academics and civil society leaders who subscribe to the values and mission of Hivos. Title : Consultant Voice Philippines Proposal Writeshop

Voice is an innovative grant facility for diversity and inclusion. It aims to amplify and connect thus far unheard voices in efforts to leave no one behind. Voice is in its extension phase beginning April 2021 until March 2024. During the last few quarters of the first phase, calls for proposals (CfPs) have already been released by the Voice Philippines team following the results of the 2020 context analysis update. This April, three new CfPs were released and are being promoted. To support community-based and small/emerging organisations who have limited to no experience in proposal-writing, the Voice Philippines is organising a proposal writeshop.
The writeshop aims to share tips in writing proposals with a hope-based approach and will consist of storytelling and concept note writing activities. To capture the stories and experiences of the participants, Voice Philippines is looking for Visual Documenter who will gather insights, inputs, and sharing and turn it into a creative output.
Engagement Details
The Visual Documenter is expected to attend at least one coordination meeting with the Voice Philippines team prior the event. Contract duration will be from 03-12 June 2021. This includes coordination meeting/s, actual event, draft submission, revision/s, and final output submission.
The total payment will be transferred through an Indonesia bank. Bank processing fees are to be shouldered by the visual documenter.
Deliverables
1. Maximum 5-page report of the 2.5-3-hour writeshop.
2. Visual (graphic) recording of the writeshop, including digitization.
Target submission date of workable drafts is 09 June 2021.
Meeting Details
The Voice Philippines Proposal Writeshop will be held on Friday, 04 JUNE 2021 from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM via Zoom (with possibility of extension up to 30 minutes).

Please take note that the payment will be processed via an Indonesian bank and a 20% tax (to be paid in Indonesia) will be deducted from the total proposed fee.
