Program Background
DT Global supports the implementation of the Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2).
AIPJ2 is an eight-year program that aims to support cooperation between Australian and Indonesian institutions and civil society organisations in order to contribute to the overall goal of:
Strong and accessible justice and security institutions that enhance respect for enforceable rights and rules-based governance systems, over time contributing to stability and prosperity in Indonesia and the region.
The Partnership is strategically aligned to achieve GOI partner policies, implementation plans, budgets and practices that:
· increase transparency and accountability in justice institutions and in the GOI COVID response;
· reduce overcrowding in correctional facilities through restorative justice in the criminal justice system;
· improve the ease of doing business through reforms to commercial case handling
· help prevent violent extremism in prisons, on release and in schools; and
· support bilateral and regional cooperation in transnational crime investigations.
· preventing child marriage;
· protecting victims of sexual violence;
· ensuring family support after divorce; and
· improved access to justice for people with disabilities, especially in the COVID response.

The Role
Join Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2) as an Activity Coordinator – Justice for Women and Girls to support the day-to-day operations for each strategy of program implementation with the logistics / administrative including financial and program management for ensuring the timely payment of costs and expenses for activities implemented. About You
You will be a motivated and proactive Activity Coordinator – Justice for Women and Girls with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:
> Diploma or Degree in administration and management or a relevant field.
> Experience in managing large-scale events (meetings, workshops, seminars etc).
> Able to do negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
> Demonstrated capacity to work with and take direction as part of a team.
> Experience in reporting on activities and sound financial management experience.
> Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
Remuneration
Based on the experience of the successful candidate and current market rates.
