[Partnership Executive]

Responsibilities:

Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs and also show YCAB differentiation;
Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions;
Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with the organization;
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners;
Coordinate with relevant departments to run programs;
Create proposals and reports for partners;
Create events to engage partners and raise funds;
Develop crowdfunding strategies to create engaging campaigns;
Develop business development strategy and business development plans with associated targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential);
A minimum of 4 years of proven working experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships (essential);
Excellent copy and content writing, design, and editing (photo/video/text);
Highly goal-oriented, high initiative, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
Fluent in written and verbal English.
