CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE IMPLEMENTING PARTNERS
FOR HIV, TB, MALARIA AND RSSH PROGRAM SUPPORTED BY GLOBAL FUND GRANTS
CCM Indonesia, in regards with implementation of national program for the control of HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria, hereby calls Government and Non-Government organizations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to become Implementing Partners (Principal Recipient/PR or Sub Principal Recipient/SR) of Global Fund Grants for HIV, TB, Malaria and RSSH (Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health program) for the 2024 – 2026 period.
Applicant must demonstrate:
1. In general, the Implementing Partners of Global Fund grants should be local and legal entities from the public or private sector or civil society and established more than 5 years.
2. Have "essential" functions:
2.1. Program/technical Implementation, Human Resources, Financial, Operational Management, and Procurement Supply Chain Management
2.2. Links with target communities and population (existing branches, Adequate geographical coverage, networking capacity with government and non-government entities including CCM)
3. Proven capacity indicated by minimum rating C3 (for existing partners)
4. Have adequate financial management system with experience managing an annual budget of at least one million USD for Principal Recipient and at least fifty thousand USD for Sub Principal Recipient, at least one year during the previous 5 years.
Expression of Interest letter should include the following documents (not required for the existing Implementing Partners):
1. Organizational profile: organization name, chair, legal status, office address, e-mail address, phone number, organizational chart, references
2. Annual Report for the last 3 years: programme narrative; annual financial report and financial audit report
3. Organization Manual: (1) Procurement and Supply Management Manual, (2) Monitoring and Evaluation Manual, (3) Financial Manual
The existing Implementing Partners need only to submit the Expression of Interest Letter.
EOI must be submitted not later than 17 January 2023 and complete documents submitted before 24 January 2023 to sekretariat.ccm@gmail.com
