- Develop distribution plan for the overal Cianjur Earthquake Response especially on relief kits ( school kits, hygiene kits, MHM kits, solar lamp and safety whistles)
- Ensure appropriate documentation and filing system for distribution process (i.e. incoming and outgoing supplies, distribution record, beneficaries tracker)
- Overseeing or supporting, fleet management and transport operations for emergency response especially for distribution purpose from transit warehouse to distribution points at targetted village/hamlet in coordination with Logistics Specialist or officer (including record of waybill, etc)
- Ensure the selection of fleet management and transport operation are meeting the safety and security standard of Plan Indonesia.
- Responsible to prepare budget estimation for distribution purpose in consultation with Logistic Specialist and ER Team Leader
- Contributing to coordination through representing Plan Indonesia in the cluster meeting at field level as required by ER Team Leader
- Responsible to overseeing the inventory and warehouse management across multiple projects, including GIK management which may include setting up transit warehouse, contingency stock management and the receipt of donations
- Responsible to coordinate and support emergency response distributions, including multi-partner planning, site set up, security, local authority liaison and material resource planning.
- Assist in providing technical expertise to troubleshoot operational issues especially on distribution process including mentoring the distribution officer
- Responsible to prepare update and report of ditribution tracker including beneficiaries tracker
Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Behaviours Required to Achieve Role's Objectives:
- Experience of providing significant contributions to supply chain implementation within emergency response settings.
- Technical background across all aspects of logistics and supply chain management, including procurement, warehousing, fleet management and humanitarian distributions.
- Good knowledge on reporting across procurement, assets management, fleet, inventory management and distributions.
- Experience and knowledge of humanitarian supply chain management.
- Good negotiating and influencing skills to achieve operational outcomes, applying a breadth of approaches, styles and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
- Good people management & interpersonal skills (role model in motivating, developing and supporting others).
